At Philty Prints, most products are made or personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, all custom and personalized orders are final sale.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong product, size, or quantity

• Customer errors in submitted text, images, designs, or personalization

• Dissatisfaction with an image or design that was supplied or approved by the customer

Please review all information and uploaded designs carefully before completing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact Philty Prints as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping materials so we can review the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate.

Print & Colour Variations

Colours displayed on phones, monitors, and other screens may vary slightly from the final printed product.

The quality of a custom print also depends on the quality and resolution of the image provided. Minor colour differences, positioning variations, or differences caused by the quality of a customer-supplied image are not considered defects.

We review submitted images before production and may make minor adjustments when necessary to help achieve the best possible result. If significant changes are required, we may contact you before production.

Order Cancellations

Because custom products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, the order may no longer be cancelled or changed.

Returning a Problem Order

Please do not send any product back without contacting Philty Prints first.

If a return is required to resolve an issue, return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided directly to you.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
